These terms apply when you download or play Arrowslide: Logic Puzzle ("the app") or visit arrowslide.com. They are an agreement between you and Arrowslide ("we", "us"). By using the app you accept them; if you do not, please uninstall it. Questions go to support@arrowslide.com.
Who can play
The app is meant for people aged 13 and over (or the minimum age for this kind of service where you live). If you are under 18, check these terms with a parent or guardian.
Your licence to play
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install the app on devices you own or control and to play it for your own, non-commercial enjoyment. You agree not to:
- copy, sell, rent, sublicense or redistribute the app or any part of it,
- reverse engineer, decompile or modify the app, except where the law allows it regardless of these terms,
- use cheats, bots or tools that change how the app or its ads behave, or that generate fake ad views or clicks,
- use the app in any way that breaks the law or harms other people.
The terms of the store you got the app from, such as Google Play, also apply.
Coins, hints and other in-game items
Coins, hints, extra hearts, chests, badges and similar items exist only inside the app. They cannot be bought, sold, exchanged or cashed out, and they have no value outside the game. We may change how they are earned or used, for example to keep the game balanced.
Your progress is stored only on your device. It is lost if you uninstall the app, clear its data or change devices, and we cannot restore it.
Ads
The app is free because it shows ads from third-party ad networks. Watching a video ad is always optional and only offered when you ask for something in return, such as a hint. We do not control the content of ads or the websites and apps they lead to, and are not responsible for them. How advertising data is handled is described in our privacy policy.
Privacy
Our privacy policy explains what information the app handles and the choices you have. It forms part of these terms.
Ownership
The app, its levels, design, code, name and logo belong to Arrowslide and are protected by copyright and other laws. These terms do not give you any rights to them beyond the licence above. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their owners. The Nunito typeface is used under the SIL Open Font License.
Changes to the app
We may update, change or remove features of the app, and may stop offering it, at any time. We will try to give notice of significant changes, for example in the app's release notes.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for any particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of data or game progress, arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, or takes away rights you have as a consumer under the laws of the country where you live.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute about them. If you live outside India, you keep the protection of any mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you may also bring a claim in your local courts where those laws allow it.
Ending this agreement
You can end this agreement at any time by uninstalling the app. If you break these terms, your licence ends automatically.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will update the date above. If you keep playing after a change, the new terms apply. For significant changes, we will mention it in the app's release notes.
