How can we help?

Tap an arrow to send it off the board in the direction it points. It can only leave if nothing stands between its head and the edge of the board. Clear every arrow to win the level.

You tapped an arrow whose way out was blocked by another arrow. It bumps into the blocker and costs one heart. Every level starts with three.

You can keep going with two more hearts, once per level, for 120 coins or by watching a short video. Or start the level again from the beginning.

Tap the bulb under the board and it lights up the free arrow that unblocks the most others. A hint costs 60 coins. If you don't have enough, you can watch a short video instead.

• Every level you clear: 10 coins, 20 on Hard levels and 30 on Expert levels, plus 5 more if you made no mistakes.
• A chest every ten levels.
• The daily reward, which grows each day you come back, up to a chest on day seven.
• Badges, which each pay out when you earn them.

From level 15, every fifth level is Hard: a bigger board with the same rules. From level 30, every tenth level is Expert. Each one is followed by a lighter level to catch your breath. Our guide to Expert levels has tips for the big boards.

Every board can be cleared, so there is always at least one arrow that can leave. Look along the edges for arrows pointing straight out, and remember that tapping any free arrow is never a mistake. Our tips for solving arrow puzzles go through it step by step.

Never in the middle of a level. From level 12 on, a short ad may play between levels: at most every third level, and no more than once every two and a half minutes.

Videos that give you something, such as a hint, extra hearts or doubled coins, are always your choice.

Yes. On Android, you can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device's Google settings. Players in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland are shown non-personalised ads. Our privacy policy has the details.

Your progress is saved on your phone as you play. There are no accounts, so it can't be moved to another device, and uninstalling the app or clearing its data starts you over from level 1.

Yes, the whole game works without a connection. Only the optional videos for hints, extra hearts or doubled rewards need one.

Tap the gear on the main menu to open Settings, then tap Sound or Vibration to switch it off.

Open Settings and tap Reset progress. This clears your levels, coins, badges and daily streak, and can't be undone.
