Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information the Arrowslide: Logic Puzzle app ("the app", "we") handles, why, and the choices you have. The app is published by Arrowslide. Questions go to support@arrowslide.com.
What we do not collect
The app has no accounts, no sign-in, no chat and no in-app purchases. We do not ask for your name, email address, contacts, photos or location, and your game progress never leaves your device.
What stays on your device
Your progress (current level, coins, badges, daily reward streak) and your settings (sound, vibration) are stored only on your device. Uninstalling the app deletes them.
Advertising
The app is free and shows ads, served through Unity LevelPlay, a mediation service operated by Unity Technologies (ironSource), and the ad networks it works with. To show and measure ads, these partners may collect from your device:
- your device's advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID or Apple IDFA, where you allow it),
- your IP address and approximate location derived from it,
- device and app information such as model, operating system, language and app version,
- how you interact with ads (views, clicks, completed videos).
They use this to choose which ads to show, to limit how often you see the same ad, to count views and clicks, to prevent fraud, and, where you have agreed, to personalise ads. Each partner handles this information under its own privacy policy:
- Unity / LevelPlay
- The other networks LevelPlay works with in your region, listed by Unity at Unity's LevelPlay legal resources.
Watching a video ad is always optional. It is only offered when you ask for something in return, such as a free hint or doubled coins.
Analytics and crash reports
To find bugs and improve the game, the app uses Google Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. They collect:
- a random app instance identifier created by Firebase (not your name, email or advertising ID),
- device and app information such as model, operating system, language and app version,
- gameplay events such as levels started and finished, coins earned and spent, and rewarded videos watched,
- crash reports: what the app was doing when it crashed.
We use this only to understand how the game is played and to fix problems. Firebase's advertising features are switched off, so this data is not used to show you ads. Google processes it under the Firebase privacy and security terms.
Your choices
- European Economic Area, UK and Switzerland: ads shown to you are not personalised. If we add a consent form that lets you opt in to personalised ads, it will appear before any ads load, you will be able to change your choice under Settings, and this policy will be updated.
- iPhone and iPad: the app asks your permission before your device's advertising identifier can be used. You can change this in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
- Android: you can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device's Google settings, which stops it being used for personalised ads.
- United States: you can opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for targeted advertising through your device's ad settings, or by contacting us.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has used the app and ad data was collected, contact us and we will help you have it removed by our partners.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of personal information. Because we hold no personal information ourselves, requests about advertising data are best sent to the partners above; we are happy to help with that at support@arrowslide.com.
Security and retention
Game data on your device is kept until you uninstall the app. Our advertising partners keep data for the periods described in their own policies.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date above and, for significant changes, mention it in the app's release notes.
